Ich warte inzwischen seit 5 (!) Tagen auf mein PCR Ergebnis & musste inzwischen einen neuen Test machen. Gerade von Testzentrum am Flughafen hätte ich erwartet, dass die Ergebnisse zumindest einigermaßen pünktlich kommen.
The staff were friendly, but they gave me the wrong information that the QR code would be enough for the boarding process, which was not the case. As a result I missed my flight. If I were given the correct information, I would not have proceeded with the test since I already had done a test with the result due in a couple of hours, which would have sufficed for the next flight. After I missed my flight, I tried to ask for a reimbursement, which they declined and referred me to an e-mail address, to which I wrote. After several weeks, I have not received any reply.
Es ist eine Frechheit bloß weil man keine Ahnung hat was man für den Flug braucht wird man gnadenlos abgezockt. Wir mussten 170 € für ein PCR -Schnelltes bezahlen der letztendlich einen Wert von 70 hat. Nie dort hingehen ABZOCKER
